Business setup and daily usage • NextGen Stage 4
Create your business account, verify the six-digit code sent to your email, and wait for Kebarick to approve the business. Existing approved businesses retain access.
Open the Business Workspace and select Get started / Setup. Review the checklist. You can complete steps in any order and return later.
Use Organisation settings to update your business name and sector. Use Branches to create each outlet with a unique code, address, county and contact details. Branch limits depend on your subscription.
Select the payment methods your business accepts. Choosing M-Pesa, bank or cards here does not enable a live payment gateway. Configure operational payments only in supported payment modules and confirm provider activation before collecting real funds.
Open Products & stock to add products and categories or use the supported catalogue import. Use Purchasing & warehouses for opening balances, goods received and stock movements. Always verify quantities and prices before selling.
In Organisation settings, save the receipt phone, address, footer and an optional HTTPS logo address. The preferences are saved for your organisation; verify printed receipt rendering in the appropriate checkout and receipt module before relying on it.
Invite staff from Staff & access, choose their assigned role and branch permissions, then review your applicable approval policies. Do not share owner passwords.
Use Checkout for sales, Products & stock for inventory, Payments for payment records, and Finance & profitability for relevant reports. Review returned errors before retrying an action; avoid double-posting money or stock operations.
The setup checklist recognises existing branches, staff, products and stock records automatically. Some steps require you to mark review as complete. A checkmark is a setup aid, not a substitute for confirming that equipment, fiscal rules and payment providers are ready.
Contact Kebarick support through the existing Operations & Support area. Include your business name and a description of the issue, but never send passwords or recovery codes.
This manual covers available setup routes; specific modules and commercial integrations depend on your subscription and the verified live configuration.
