Medicine Safety, Batches & Traceability
Track medicine batches, expiry dates and responsible staff. Licences are recorded by the merchant, not verified with Kenyan regulators. Controlled medicines cannot be sold through this module.
Enable regulated items deliberately. Existing untracked stock must be reconciled to real batches before sale. An expired, recalled or unassigned batch cannot be sold. No automatic prescription evaluation or authority verification is claimed.

2 · Professional credentials
Organisation administrators attest credentials; professional checks require the authorised staff member to use their own account at checkout. Verify licences independently.

4 · Batch traceability and receiving
Opening allocation labels pre-existing stock without increasing stock. New physical stock must be received against an approved purchase order. Separate branch and batch quantities stay traceable.

5 · Quarantine, recalls & transfers
Recall holds apply to matching batches across all organisation branches and expose affected sale references for authorised review. Transfers are two-step and preserve the original batch identity.
6 · Pharmacy operational reports
Reports for authorised managers. Counts and batch movements reflect recorded data; gross margin is provisional and is not audited profit.

Regulated cash sales use the cashier checkout with an authorised lot selection. Returned regulated items are placed into quarantine and never automatically made saleable. eTIMS, live payment integrations, regulator data verification and narcotic registers are separate outstanding release gates.
