Inventory Management Centre

Everything you need to identify medicines, purchase and receive stock, count accurately, control batches and investigate discrepancies—in one workspace.

Start / Resume Blind Stocktake
Need to add medicine or stock?

Register the medicine first, then receive actual quantities with batch and expiry details.

Controlled stocktaking: Physical counters use blind Excel or in-app counts. System balances, stock values and variances must not be used as a counting reference. Reconciliation requires independent approval.

INVENTORY OPERATIONS

Purchasing, transfers and warehouse operations

Operate your existing approved purchasing and branch stock workflows. For new stock counts, use the independent blind stocktake above.

Only whole stock units are supported
PHARMACY · TRACEABLE STOCK

Purchasing, batch receiving & expiry control

Use approved orders, verified batches and controlled transfers. General stock receiving and transfers must not bypass medicine traceability.

Choose your organisation and branch above to load pharmacy inventory.

Receive medicine batches

Select an approved purchase order, exact medicine line, correct pack unit, batch and expiry. This posts to the existing regulated batch ledger.

Select an approved order line.

Batch-specific branch transfers

Transfer a real medicine batch, not a pooled product balance. Expired, held and recalled batches cannot be dispatched as saleable stock.

Transfers awaiting action

Controlled supplier returns

Damaged, expired or recalled goods can be returned under documented approvals. Held quantities are deducted directly without being released into saleable stock. Record supplier credits and refunds separately in the accounts workflow.

PHARMACY · DISPENSING SAFETY

FEFO, quarantine, recalls & stock-loss review

Review medicine safety in one place. All quantities are base stock units. The cashier checks medicine safety and stock again before completing a sale.

Select a business and branch to review medicine safety.

FEFO dispensing guidance

Earliest eligible batch first. Partial availability in multiple batches is not silently combined into one sale line.

Expiry & quarantine actions

Held, expired and recalled stock cannot be dispensed. Managers can quarantine any selected batch using the audited medicine-control endpoint.

Issue a batch recall

A recall holds every matching medicine batch across this organisation’s branches. Double-check the batch reference and reason.

Stock loss & reconciliation review

Correction and stocktake movement signals are for investigation only. No automatic adjustment, valuation or dispensing override is performed.
