Product catalogue
Search by name, barcode or SKU. Enable a product only where it is sold.
Enabling a catalogue item does not add stock or change another branch.
Branch stock & adjustments
Review quantities, low-stock warnings, prices and reorder levels before making changes.
Stock corrections require the right permissions and approval.

Use the Pharmacy template containing generic name, strength, dosage form and prescription class. Unique SKU and shared medicine-group codes are generated when missing. Preview all issues before confirming. Existing products are never overwritten. Stock is received separately with batch and expiry.
Maximum 1,000 medicines per upload. This adds catalogue items only. To add physical quantities, enable them at the branch and receive approved medicine batches.
